Acorn Acres

Our cattle enjoy a natural diet of grasses, just as nature intended. We move them regularly to fresh pasture, which we manage carefully to maintain the health of the land and livestock, and to provide high nutrient density. Our pigs are raised in wooded enclosures, where they’re free to root around and engage in natural behavior. They enjoy seasonal acorns, walnuts, and mulberries, along with organic feed — including oats from our farm.
