Brookshire Farm

Brookshire Farm produces grass finished, dry aged beef by the 1/4 or half as well as retail cuts. We also partner with like minded farmers who produce chicken and pork. Our animals are fed on open pastures without growth supplements, growth stimulants, antibiotics, or other synthetic additives. We practice regenerative agriculture and move our cattle as many as 5 or 6 times a day depending on the season. At Brookshire Farm we are committed to our small farm's tradition of sustainable agriculture. We value our tradition that safeguards the environment and promotes animal welfare while producing food that is nutritious, wholesome, and delicious.
