Howdy—we're Jane and Terry Levan and we specialize in pastured poultry and grass fed beef raised in accordance with the principals outlined by Joel Salatin of Polyface Farm. The taste and nutritional value of both our boilers and our eggs is absolutely wonderful. Our clients tell us that our birds are the best chickens that they've ever had the pleasure of eating. We feature a select number of ducks and heritage turkeys seasonally.
