Green Table Farms

Green Table Farms is a certified organic farm located in Washington County, the northern most county in the Hudson Valley. We have 200 acres, largely wooded, about 35 in field and garden. We primarily raise pastured, certified organic poultry - chickens and eggs, as ell as heritage breed turkeys. We are also certified by The Real Organic Project. We bought the land in 2012 to grow for my restaurant, The Green Table, and catering business, Cleaver Co. in New York City. When the restaurant closed in 2019 we focused on the poultry to sell at Greenmarkets in New York City.
