Certified organic and sustainably farmed micro greens and wheatgrass. Our philosophy is always on display in our greenhouses filled with the most nutritious food available anywhere. We have been practicing this art since 1982. We begin with the seed. We use, literally, tons of seed annually, and it ALL has to be organic. The growth cycle is initiated with pure, clean, tested water from our deep well. The seed is planted in our mineral rich composted vegan soil. The plants enjoy the natural light from the sun and plenty of fresh air. Our farming practices are basic, simple and natural. It works very well for us and for the food we produce.
