Our focus on soil health relates directly to the nutrient-density of the products raised on our soils. Since 1995, we have focused on growing healthy, highly-functioning, carbon-rich soils. When plants and animals are grown on these soils, they can achieve optimum nutrient-density which is then passed on to those who consume these products.
