Saxon Homestead Farm

This fifth generation farm has transitioned in the past 20 years from a "conventional concrete dairy" to 900 acres of grassland. The owners are half way through the organic certification process. Plans for making farmstead cheese and selling their bison meat and cheese at their own farm store is in the works.
