Sonday Produce operates its own on-farm MOSA Certified Organic, state-inspected poultry processing plant and is an “Animal Welfare Approved” facility. No one else touches our chickens but us and you, the consumer. Sonday Produce uses a kosher processing method to provide the highest quality chicken available.
