Small Family owned farm located in Middle Rio Grande Valley, NM. The farm is owned by Two-first farmers Nathan & Kirsten Couevas. They are just the steward of land while the real work is thanks to the animals with rotation grazing of multiple species of angus cattle(Lowline), KuneKunes pigs & lots of chickens to help rejuvenate the soil again after years of farming hay. They offer Pasture-Raised Grass Fed & Finished Beef, Pasture-Raised heritage Pork, Pasture-Raised Eggs. This year is also the first year adding Organic fed non Soy & Gmo heritage breed of meat birds. They are raised in Chickens tractor that are moved daily to new grass, bugs for their health & ours the people who need a healthy source of meat.
