The Lost Coast Ranch

Our herd of CCOF certified organic grass fed beef enjoy the peace of an ocean view and extremely low stress management. Small family ranch covering 2000 coastal acres with year round pasture, ocean view, low stress environment where animals stay in family groups rather than age classes and never set hoof in trailers. We continually improve pastures through management and seeding deep rooted native perennials. Our beef tastes different because it is terroir based. Our ground is young geologically, with adequate rainfall, moderate temperatures (never too hot, rarely freezing) which makes for a continual growing season for above and below ground biological activities.
