Welsh Mountain Farm has 100% grass fed Raw Milk from home-raised Jersey cows. Real Milk comes from real cows that eat real feed. Real Milk can save family farms—with you, the consumer! We currently offer raw milk cheeses from our low-grain feeding program. We have 3-year-old Cheddar (limited supply), Mild cheddar, Smoked Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Monterey Jack, Colby, Garlic & Chives (a hot seller) and our fancy care cheese called Le Cheval (limited supply). We also sell free-range, soy-free eggs and pasteurized (but at least not ultra-pasteurized) butter.
